CV Development*
Your CV is your sales brochure and in an increasingly competitive job market, having a CV which highlights your key achievements to potential employers is non negotiable.
To meet the diversity of client requirements, a range of CV packages is offered:
- Student/Graduate CV*: 1.5 hour CV review and development meeting, plus a final CV draft within 2 working days.
- Early career CV (i.e. up to 5 years work experience): 2 hour CV review and development meeting plus production of final CV draft within 2 working days.
- Mid level career CV (i.e. up to 10 years work experience): 2 hour CV review and development meeting, plus outside work to include e-mail/telephone consultations regarding edits and production of final CV draft within 3 working days.
- Executive CV (i.e. Over 10 years work experience): 2.5 hour CV review and development meeting, plus 1 hour outside work to include e-mail/telephone consultations regarding edits and production of final CV draft within 5 working days.
- CV and Cover Letter Coaching Service*: If you wish to complete your CV independently, but require assistance in doing so, a 1.5 hour CV and cover letter review and development session offering tips, advice and guidance can be scheduled.
- CV Review and Feedback Service*: If have already prepared your CV or job application but would like to get a professional opinion on your documents, a 30 minute review via telephone or Skype can be arranged. We will offer general information on CV development and practical tips to enhance your application, as well as suggesting edits, where necessary.

Interview Skills Training*
Job interviews can be daunting and stressful but this need not be the case with adequate preparation. Our interview skills training session involves a 2 hour ‘mock’ interview and feedback session preceded by a 30 minutes consultation via telephone or Skype. From this initial consultation, a bank of interview questions will be prepared using the job description and other available information about the role for which you are being interviewed. The ‘mock interview’ session can be also be recorded electronically and forwarded to you by e-mail, at no extra charge.
Most suitable for use when you have a job role in mind or an interview pending, our interview skills training session will help you to
- Understand what the employer is looking for when posing different questions
- Practice answers to both general and competency based interview questions and
- Develop your confidence around interviewing and selling yourself as a candidate

Job Search Techniques*
Many clients admit to focusing most of their job search activity on the internet but did you know between 40% and 80% of job opportunities, depending on sector, can be found through networking and referrals? We have all heard of the ‘hidden job market’ but what does this really mean?
Our 1.5 hour careers session provides information and advice on job search techniques that work. The session also includes tips for building your professional network, guidance in planning your job search campaign and understanding ‘the hidden job market’ and coaching in informational interviewing techniques.

Sector Specific Recruitment and Job Search Information
Detailed recruitment and job search information related to specific industry sectors is also available on request. Individual reports to support your job search campaign within in a specific sector involves a significant level of industry based research. For this reason, such bespoke reports are priced individually and are dependent on the nature and level of the role you are seeking and the time involved in preparing your report. Once we discuss your needs, we will advise you of the cost in advance of commencing any work on your behalf.

If you are considering applying for a promotion, taking on additional responsibilities or even transferring to another department within your organisation, we can help. Clients are sometimes unsure about the skills, competences and qualifications required in a new role. We can help you to assess yourself as a candidate by reviewing your professional experience and identifying any skills or training gaps in order to produce a personal career development plan to assist you to reach your career goals with confidence.
Psychometric Assessments*
We are certified by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) to manually and electronically administer a range of psychometric instruments to meet all individual needs including:
